Written methods of works are prepared for all activities in line with current legislation. Whilst demolition is, by it's very nature a hazardous industry, 99% of projects are further complicated by residual materials left either by past processes or forming part of the fabric of the building. We can offer a full identification / removal service in accordance with the Hazardous Waste 2005 & Duty of Care Regulations.Type 3 asbestos surveys - carried out by licenced surveyor; Bat Surveys - carried out by licenced ecologist; Registration of site to the Environmental Agency - as per the Hazardous WasteRegs 2005; Removal or hazardous materials - Asbestos; Hypodermic Needles; Pigeon Faeces etc. in line with current legislation;  Excavation and removal of contaminated ground.
